Reach out to someone you care about, let them know you're thinking of them.

Use your connections - surround yourself with people who inspire you and encourage you to be the person you aspire to be.

  1. Be Kind

Smile at a passer by.

Hold the door open for someone.

Take time to chat to the old lady in the queue.

  1. Move

    Walk the dog

Go to the gym

Every step counts and you know you'll feel better for it.

Something is better than nothing.

  1. Learn

Expand your mind.

Read an article on something you know nothing about.

Learn a new word

Spend five minutes a day on learning a new language.

  1. Do something that energises you and makes you smile.

Sing

Paint a picture

  1. Take time to reflect

STOP - BREATHE - Life has to stand still sometimes...

Take a few minutes to reflect and learn from your actions and experiences.

  1. Get a routine and stick to it.

Keep the promises you make to yourself. If you decided to do something it will have been for a reason, don't let yourself down.

  1. Remind yourself of your goals.

Make them a daily affirmation

Say them out loud and make them real.

It's easier to believe in yourself when you hear them out loud.

  1. Push your comfort zone.

Do something every day that pushes you towards being who you want to be.

Don't allow fear to control you.

  1. Be Grateful

At the end of every day list 3 things you are grateful for.
